Description

Description

Kabbalah is that system of religious philosophy or more accurately, of Jewish theosophy, which played a significant role in the theological and interpretative literature of both Jews and Christians since the Middle Ages.

The study of Kabbalah requires considerable effort, especially since Kabbalah itself has divided into many forms over the years, with the most prominent being Jewish, Christian, and Greek Kabbalah. Gnostics were based in Kabbalah and developed their own philosophical system, offering their own interpretations.

The word Kabbalah comes from the word Kibbel, which indicates "reception" and is essentially a teaching received from oral tradition. Although Kabbalah belongs to the past, it remains a timeless philosophical system that has engaged many prominent scholars, such as Cornelius Agrippa, Jacob Boehme, known as "Philosophus Teutonicus," and many others.

This book also refers to the relationship and connection between the Tetractys of Pythagoras and Kabbalah, as well as the Kabbalistic foundation of Masonic esotericism. Naturally, the main body of the work focuses on the analysis of the Four Worlds and the Tree of Life.
