Since there is no option for "terrace", I chose the closest one in relation to the other options. This insulation is the best there is. I have been working with acrylic insulation for 30 years. This is the most suitable for short-term insulation. I mean that permanent insulation with pitch and felt is the top, but if you don't have the money, then you go for economical methods that will do the job for at least 3 years depending on the climate of course. For the area of Athens, I believe I will have at least 3 years of carefree insulation. I bought 3 out of the 10 kilograms and covered an area of 80 square meters, following faithfully the dilution instructions with water that are on the packaging. I used a roller to apply it and not to waste material, I didn't pour it into trays, I simply dipped the roller directly into the ten-kilo and carried it with me every now and then until it was finished. If you have leftover material, do as we did. Put it back in the packaging it came in. Close it very well as if it had never been opened and store it in a cool and shady place.
Καταρχήν η επιλογή "τοίχος" στις επιλογές για το που άπλωσα το ακρυλικό δεν είναι η σωστή, αφού σε ταράτσα το άπλωσα. Αφού δεν έχει επιλογή "ταράτσα"διάλεξα το πιο κοντινό σε σχέση με τις άλλες επιλογές. Το μονωτικό αυτό είναι ό,τι καλύτερο υπάρχει. Δουλεύω ακρυλικά μονωτικά 30 χρόνια. Αυτό είναι ό,τι πιο σωστό για βραχυπρόθεσμη μόνωση. Εννοώ πως η μόνιμη μόνωση με πίσσα και τάπητα είναι το top αλλά αν δεν έχεις τα χρήματα τότε πας σε οικονομικές μεθόδους που να κάνουν δουλειά με διάρκεια έστω 3 χρόνια ανάλογα με το κλίμα φυσικά. Για περιοχή Αθήνα θεωρώ ότι θα έχω 3 χρόνια ξεγνοιασιάς τουλάχιστον. Πήρα 3 των 10 κιλών και κάλυψα επιφάνεια 80τμ, ακολούθησα πιστά τις οδηγίες αραίωσης με νερό που βρίσκονται επάνω στη συσκευασία. Χρησιμοποίησα ρολό για να το περάσω και για να μη χάσω υλικό δε το έριχνα σε σκάφη, απλά βουτούσα το ρολό κατευθείαν στο δεκάκιλο και το κουβαλούσα μαζί μου κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι μέχρι να τελειώσει. Αν σας περισσέψει υλικό κάντε ό,τι και εμείς. Βάλτε το πίσω στη συσκευασία που ήρθε. Κλείστε το πολύ καλά σα να μην έχει ανοιχτεί ποτέ και αποθηκεύστε το σε δροσερό και σκιερό μέρος.
