What you need to know is that you have to adjust the cutting step by step either with the right or left lever, and with the motor working differently it becomes dysfunctional. The ceramic blades haven't suffered anything because they are highly durable. Of course, it needs adjustment according to the weather, humidity, the type of coffee you use, etc., but as I said before, with the motor working.
