Η χρησιμότητα της σίτας είναι διπλή. 1ον να περνάει ο ζεστός αέρας από κάτω για να ψήνει ταυτόχρονα πάνω-κάτω και 2ον να στραγγίζουν τα λίπη στον κάδο. Οπότε δε γίνεται να βάλεις τίποτα
