The natural one I have tried so far I don't have a complete opinion on the results yet, but it dissolves easily as long as you put the water or milk first and then the powder in the shaker... as for the taste, it will definitely seem bad to you, especially at first contact with the natural flavor... I think the easiest recipe to drink is 200ml cold water and one scoop... in my opinion, don't try to add cocoa and cinnamon, it gets worse, unless you add sugar-type Nesquik, but if you do that, DON'T get natural!!

I didn't like this protein at all. It's supposed to have a natural flavor. In reality, it had a very strong taste like evaporated milk, but an excessively strong taste. It was so bad that I ended up throwing away half the bottle. I do not recommend it at all due to the terrible taste.

It doesn't get any better or purer. Let them say what they want, it's the best and I personally get it unflavored. As for what a lady mentioned, since she gets it unflavored and it's whey protein, what flavor do you expect it to have? Ten years of taking protein, I've changed many brands, and this is by far the worst I've ever drunk in my life... the salted caramel is like you've made a cocktail of antibiotics and you're drinking it. Solubility is terrible, you shake it twice and wait 10 minutes for the foam to settle so you can shake it again because it doesn't dissolve at all. It's not worth this torture even if they paid you, let alone giving €50 for 1 kilo... TERRIBLE

Dissolves easily. Especially with yogurt, but this thing is like eating sugar. I want to do a measurement 1-2 hours later because it's not normal. Also, the taste is mediocre.

I came from Dymatize (which is super sweet) here we have the ultimate flavor for those who drink it straight etc. 0 cholesterol, fat, and sugar, according to what it says which is also very important. I saw results in weight loss with a balanced diet.

The best protein on the market. I have been taking it for 3 years. I always prefer natural flavors. It has the best taste out of all the ones I have tried.
