Δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο.. εγώ μαγειρεύω πολυ συχνά με χυτρα και δεν έχω θέματα.. κατεβαίνει πάρα πολύ γρήγορα η θερμοκρασία αυτό εννοείται
