Έχω την σκούπα Roborocκ S6, μου παρουσίασε κάποιο πρόβλημα, αλλά δυστυχώς το servive της XIAOMI δεν υποστηρίζει το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο διότι μου είπαν ότι δεν το εισάγουν. Μου είπαν ότι δεν δέχονται ούτε να το πάω να το δουν.

Και το κατάστημα από το οποίο την αγόρασες; Είχες κάποια εγγύηση από εκεί; Διάβασα οτι στην citisaid.com ενδέχεται να επισκευάζουν Roborock.
