Size 24 for a 2-year-old child and it didn't fit at all. We had to struggle both the child and ourselves to put the shoe on, and it ended up in tears because it hurt to put it on, although it was comfortable and fine afterwards as a size. As a result, we forced it to be worn 4-5 times and we will not buy shoes or boots that don't fully open again. I imagine that it might be easier to put on for a child with a narrow foot.
