Very good company and quality with long-lasting color. However, after the change in packaging, the shades became warmer and slightly darker. The 9/0 is now similar to the 8/0 with some warm tones. It needs to be combined with a sand or pearl shade for a more neutral result. Otherwise, I would buy it again due to its longevity and online price.

I have natural dark brown hair color and I bought No8. It turned out to be dark blonde. After 2 weeks, the white hairs appeared as if they had faded where it had been dyed.

The color came out much darker than expected and the hair turned out jet black while the base was a light brown
