Tasting characteristics: A blended rum from Trinidad, Barbados, and Jamaica, distilled from fermented molasses and aged in bourbon-filled barrels for an average of seven years. Virgin Gorda is bottled in the UK without added coloring, aroma, or flavor. Pure, smooth with a golden-orange color, aromas of dried tropical fruits and fresh passion fruit, with caramel and spices. In taste, it resembles spicy and dried apricot, baked apple, hints of banana, vanilla, honey, white pepper, and seasonings. Finish with notes of spices and dried tropical fruits.
