Πρεπει να είναι γύρω στους 35 με 40 χωρις να το έχω μετρήσει.... εγγυώμαι ομως οτι βγαζει υπεροχο γιαούρτι ειδικα στο αγελαδινό.
Εχω παρατηρήσει σε γαλα με υψηλά λιπαρά δημιουργει στον πάτο του μικρα μπιλακια... αλλα και παλι.... θα την ευχαριστηθειτε. Και η τιμή προσιτη
