This review is about the diameter: 4 mm

Expensive price indeed but it is made of solid carbide. They come in individual cases. They drill metal as if it were frozen butter. Be careful with the rotational speed, vibrations, and drilling pressure under Φ 4mm because they break. This is not a problem with the quality of the drill but with the carbide itself because it is very hard. Personally, I use low speeds with these. Regarding the heat from friction, if you are a bit careful, it rises slowly and controllably due to the difference in hardness between the drill and the metal.
