Professional electric double fryer FL20 by NORTH company made of stainless steel and equipped with mechanical systems. It has 20kW power and stabilization of the oil temperature after operation, thanks to the well-thought-out placement of the resistances. It is controlled by thermostats with adjustable temperature up to 190°C, placed at the front to be protected from heating, steam, and oils that come out during operation. It has a tap for oil drainage and easy access to the tank with tilting resistances.
