    The drills are mainly used on the lathe but also sometimes on a stationary drill. They are sharp, however, they do not create precise holes and drill "haphazardly" compared to many drills I have tried, some of which are from the same company. They are indeed very good for their price, but I would not recommend them to someone who wants precise holes, for example on a lathe. For use on a stationary or non-stationary drill for wood or metal, they are simply excellent!
