It has the ability to adjust the height at three points, so there will be no problem using it for both small and older children. Apart from the magnets, the other parts, including the chalks, are also sized in a way that will not create a problem for young children.

Excellent product! Inside it contains two large colored chalks, a marker, two magnets, and a magnetic eraser. Its assembly was a piece of cake. The size of the board is very satisfactory and adjustable in height, which is very helpful! It looks and feels quite sturdy! The only negative is that it does not include magnetic letters and numbers in the package (even though it is priced higher). Also, it should be mentioned that both surfaces of the board are magnetic, the one for writing with the marker and the one for the chalk, which is not the case with other boards!
