Αυτό είναι ανάλογα του τύπου των μαλλιών που έχεις και τις συνθήκες του καιρού.
Αλλά αν μιλάμε για νορμάλ συνθήκες καιρού και ένα μέτριο τύπο μαλλιών (σπαστό δηλαδή) τότε είσαι στις δύο με τρεις μέρες καλού αποτελέσματος.
