Beyond the history of the region, highlighted in the earliest references to the flourishing of the Biblinus wine, the conditions are ideal for the development of grapes.
The winters are wet and the summers are dry, with long periods of sunshine. The Zacharia family optimally utilized the favorable weather conditions, creating the vineyards oriented from north to south, at an altitude of 450-520 meters, with a slope of 5-10%. In this way, they ensure better exposure to the sun and therefore better ripening of the grapes.
