As an owner of the Dell MSA20 as well, the cable management on the Ergotron is lacking. It could be much better (I'm not talking about the sliding cover and built-in level provided by Dell) but in terms of design and implementation, it does not differ from the typical cable management of 25-euro arms. Specifically, the cable management on the upper part (photo) is done using zip ties which are attached to two hooks, after you make a loop with the tie and start tightening...
Compared to the lower arm, which has a cover along its entire length, the upper one does not, although it could at least have a small one in the center, like the majority of 25-euro arms, which snap on with simple pressure on the two "ears" they have. Minus 1 star due to poor implementation of cable management on the upper arm.
The arm easily handles the Asus PG32UCDP.
Ergotron has recently released the successor to the LX called the LX Pro, but comments mention extensive use of plastic and that the maximum weight limit has been reduced. Of course, the company claims better cable management, indirectly acknowledging the weakness of the original model.

There is also an alternative solution inside the box for those who want to drill the desk and place it without searching for an angle. The cable management is very helpful. It does its job incredibly well up to 34 inches. From reviews abroad, I read that it comfortably accommodates up to 38 inches. I would buy it again without hesitation.

Μέχρι 34 ιντσες κάνει την δουλειά του απίστευτα. Από reviews στο εξωτερικό διάβασα ότι παίρνει μέχρι και 38αρα πολύ άνετα. Θα την ξαναγοραζα με κλειστά μάτια.
