ξερει καποιος αν μπορει να εφαρμοσθει σε ηδη υγρη επιφανεια (μικρη διαρροη σε μεταλλικη δεξαμενη,οχι με πιεση παντως-απλως σταζει συνεχως, και δν μπορει να σταματησει πριν την εφαρμογη η διαρροη)?
