Θα πρότεινα 100C σε φούρνο ή 70C σε συσκευή αποξήρανσης.
Αυτό θα το βρείτε λίγο πολύ εμπειρικά. Πχ έβαλα ντομάτες και σε 8ωρες ήταν έτοιμες στους 50 βαθμούς και τα κρεμιδια χρειάστηκαν 2 μερες
