It didn't suit me at all. I was using a Korean one at 1/3 of the price and my skin was glowing and smooth, and as soon as I started using Medik8 it became textured and congested. I gave the product a lot of time, months, in case something changed, but now I stopped it, went back to the Korean one and my skin became smooth again.

Finally, a vitamin C serum that does not oxidize and does not irritate my skin, even though I have rosacea. Its texture resembles a light oil, spreads easily, and immediately gives a feeling of nourishment and radiance. Because it is oil-based, it requires proper layering: I apply it first and then continue with another oil-based serum to "lock it in" properly. With a good moisturizer and SPF50 sunscreen, the result is bright, calm, and more elastic skin, without redness or stinging. Well done, Medik8.

I'm coming back and lowering the rating from 5 to 2 stars. The reason is that when I started using vitamin C with a real, high concentration, I realized that all this time I was essentially not using "active" vitamin C. The only positive that keeps the 2nd star is the reliability of the company and the fact that it does not oxidize. However, the formula is very mild and is only suitable for very sensitive skin that does not need strong antioxidant action.
If you want real results, I suggest you go straight to something stronger, such as Medik8 C-Tetra Luxe (14%) or another brand with more affordable but potent vitamin C options. From Medik8, I personally think only the Medik8 C-Tetra Advanced (20%) is worth it, but it is definitely not for beginners.
