The omelette pan from Monix, with its high walls, will make cooking an omelette a breeze. It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. 

We recommend choosing this omelette pan if you want to cook 2-3 servings of food. It would be preferable to use the pan on medium heat sources for better heat control during cooking. 


Characteristics

  • It is made from cast aluminum resistant to use with a base thickness of 5.5 mm.
  • It has a fully inductive bottom, suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and non-stick Teflon Innovations coating 100% PFOA-free.
  • It provides excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking of all your recipes thanks to its heat-diffusing base.
  • It is ideal for cooking omelets without the risk of burning when flipping the omelet.
  • It consists of two pans that join hermetically, preventing any liquid leaks when flipping them.
  • Their insulated joint and magnetic handle result in a uniform oven-baking effect.

Cleaning Instructions

To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the pan cool down before cleaning it and to avoid using a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
