Για παντού. Το χρησιμοποιώ τακτικά σε επαγωγική εστία και κάρβουνα (πάνω σε σχάρα, όχι απευθείας πάνω στη φωτιά). Γενικά το μαντέμι είναι χυτοσίδηρος οπότε ο μόνος τρόπος να το καταστρέψεις είναι αν το αφήσεις εκτεθειμένο σε νερό
Είναι μαντεμένια οπότε ναι κάνει και ακόμα για μέσα στη φωτιά / πάνω σε κάρβουνα.
