Amazing. Although I've had it for a month, every time I use it, I don't regret buying it. Very high-quality construction and it shows, it's user-friendly. My hairs are like wires and it cuts them like thread. Without the guard, it doesn't hurt, except for sensitive areas. It is very precise in trimming. The few complaints mentioned about having to go over the same spot multiple times is not a problem. A great choice for trimming beards, but also for body areas such as the belly, back, and armpits. It has never pulled or cut me, it just requires a few extra passes for a good final result. Hence the 4 stars!!!

The 4th Philips trimmer that I purchase, only for use as a trimmer, with excellent results. Minus 1 because it is not fully waterproof.

For someone who doesn't have particularly long facial hair but wants to have a discreet beard, I think it is a very value for money choice.

Yesterday I bought it and used it a lot. It's very good for its price, especially for grooming in the genital area for those who shave. It's perfect every 7-10 days, but I don't recommend it for everyday shaving, especially in areas below the neck. It easily cuts and requires great caution, especially without the protective guard.

It is the best trimmer machine I have used. Its great advantage and what sets it apart from the previous ones I had, one of which was the Philips 3000 series that lasted me 4 years, is the comb that lifts and cuts the hair evenly. The trimming is amazing, without gaps, without many attempts, maybe with one or two passes you get the desired result. Very long battery life, you forget to charge it, it is easily washed with water, nice storage case. It also has enough power for harder and larger areas without fear of not cutting. Former owner of the excellent (for its price) Philips qt4015. Exactly the same noise, normal, user-friendly, powerful, without snagging hairs. It is not heavy. With the comb, it takes a couple of passes to catch the hairs, especially if they are curly, and a little difficulty near the nose and around the ears. It is not intended for details. Easy removal and cleaning of the head and combs. It is worth 100% of its money and I am sure it will last for 7 years like the previous one.

*update: it still works perfectly and the battery is great. After every haircut, of course, I charge it

Very powerful, especially on straight hairs, doesn't need a second pass. Cleans easily under the faucet.

The only negatives are that it makes a lot of noise and throws hairs relatively far. But both are justified because it is powerful.

First, they need to understand that this machine is not intended for shaving but for grooming the beard, which it does quite well for its price. The device is easy to use, with quick adjustment of the cutting lengths, ergonomic size, good construction, and finally, easy to clean. I have had it for about a year now and have been using it for both my beard and body, and I am completely satisfied so far.

The ladder for the trimmer doesn't make any difference to me, essentially it was the reason I bought it since I trim my beard at 0.8.
Asymmetrical trimming with the trimmer is not accurate at all, I use it with a naked blade so I don't throw it out the window.
If you have long beards and mustaches and want a very gentle trimming and not precision, maybe it will work for you. I do not recommend it for those who want 5-10 day beards.

I would just say to use it for beard and body.
For hair, only for basic and simple things.

It also has a small light that turns on when the machine needs to be charged. In terms of size, opinions are subjective. The size of the machine is relatively large (like most clippers on the market) with a good and comfortable grip, and not a slim design with a small size. Therefore, everyone judges what they want. The battery is very satisfactory and lasts quite a long time, as I have only charged it a few times in a year. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!

I ordered this specific machine on 31/7/2019 and until today, 23/1/2020, I have charged it 3 times and shave every 3, maybe 4, days. The battery life and performance of the machine easily compare to machines that cost 100€ and above!
Charging time is 90 minutes, it doesn't chew hair, doesn't clog, doesn't scrape, doesn't irritate, and it doesn't care at all if my beard is tough!
The construction is quite good but made of plastic, it is easily and quickly cleaned, very honest!
