bad product. the width of the metal bars is not correct and sometimes it holds the capsule and sometimes it doesn't. usually it doesn't, that is. truly useless...don't buy it

At the bottom, the capsules get stuck (it's quite narrow) and after the 3rd capsule they don't "sit" because it's too wide. I tried with capsules from 3 different companies and each time I can only fit up to 3 in each column.

Very convenient for Nespresso capsules, but it should have been a little taller to fit 6 capsules per column instead of 5, since each Nespresso comes in a pack of 6!

One of the series has somewhat faulty width, not enough for the capsules to come out though.

Good, it arrived a bit late as expected due to the holidays. It is for the small capsules (like the Starbucks ones). I thought it was for the big Dolce Gusto ones and it ended up being useless for me. I tried to bend the iron a bit and ended up breaking it. So, don't try something similar

The slots do not fit the Nespresso capsules exactly, so I had to slightly distort the irons in order to tighten the capsules better. However, the last capsule in each column struggles to support itself and usually falls.

Poorly made! It does not hold the capsules in certain areas, while in others it is too tight! It is not worth it!

Good for the money I paid, but indeed the last capsules do not support well, something that I had read in previous comments.
