Description

The spray gun is used for painting tasks. Compressed air is essential for its proper operation. The paint in the gun's tank and the compressed air supplied to the gun create a mixture of paint particles and air at the nozzle outlet of the gun.

Before using the gun, ensure it is properly cleaned and maintained. Make sure that the container with the coating material is connected in such a way that it is properly sealed.

Adjusting the spray beam width: The width and shape of the spray beam can be changed by rotating the air nozzle. The amount of coating material supplied to the airflow is adjusted by the control knob for the amount of coating material.

When using the gun, the distance between the gun's outlet and the surface to be covered should be maintained between 10 and 15 cm. It is recommended to apply several thin layers instead of one thick layer.

Adjusting air flow: Depending on the type of coating material, the amount of compressed air should be selected by adjusting the air pressure adjustment knob.

Nozzle replacement: Ensure you replace the entire nozzle assembly. The kit includes a coating material nozzle, needle, and air nozzle.

Cleaning and maintenance: After completing the work, disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the tool container of any remaining coating material. Thoroughly clean the tank from residual coating materials.
