In Anavyssos, Attica, lies the historic base of the winery, where Savvatiano is mainly cultivated, ideal for the Attic dry climate. The vineyards in the area are usually of great age with low yield and high quality potential. In recent years, new growers have been experimenting with other varieties, such as Malagouzia and Assyrtiko, in the privately-owned 35-acre vineyard next to the winery, arranged in a linear system.
In Asprokambos, Nemea, the second winery has been operating since 2000, with collaborating growers since 1993, mainly from the mountainous communities of the Protected Designation of Origin zone of NEMEA. Agiorgitiko cultivation prevails, while over the last 20 years, other Greek and international varieties have been tested.
Post-1980 vineyards are arranged in a linear system with a high vegetative wall for improved ripening. Harvesting in this zone takes place 2 weeks after the lowland Nemea and can extend up to the first ten days of October, depending on the variety and climatic conditions. The company's vineyards exceed 80 acres, with an additional 40 acres on the slopes of Ancient Nemea.
The cultivated varieties include Agiorgitiko, Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Moschato, and other international white and red varieties.
