Description

Description

This work seeks to explore the children's science fiction novel in Greece. The author, after attempting a historical overview in his effort to seek the roots of S.F.F., tries to categorize children's science fiction novels while also attempting to define and free them from the label of "subliterature".

Subsequently, he studies the texts, prioritizing the space-themed ones, from the perspective of characters, plot, structure, and themes. At the same time, he examines the point of view, setting, style, and mood of these texts and arrives at relevant conclusions, comparing earthly and extraterrestrial cultures.

The author, finally, provides an extensive bibliography in English.
