The worst shampoo I have ever used. It leaves the hair greasy, as if unwashed. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. Of course, it is not worth the money.

makes the hair like silk. it definitely makes them oily faster but that's logical since it doesn't have salts and it doesn't "open" the hair to clean it. I use it even without having done keratin! perfect scent

Not just 10/10 but 100/10. Top product. Smells amazing like perfume. Your hair is fantastic afterwards. The quantity remains small. Since I have long hair and wash it often, I will need a bottle sooner, but otherwise, it's awesome.

Nice smell, it stopped my hair from breaking (although I also started paying attention to some other things) but I feel like my hair gets frizzy after washing..
Now I use it alternately with other supermarket shampoos.. I'm not sure if I would buy it again. Maybe I would try another one from the company

It saved my hair, I had done keratin months ago and I had bought the gentle one, when the keratin wore off the shampoo continued to make my hair smooth as if I had used a straightener. It lasts a long time even though I wash my hair twice every time and it smells very nice. Also, I have fine hair with dry ends and an oily scalp and it has helped me a lot with the oiliness compared to other shampoos that made my hair greasy in one day

It is not a bad product. It gives a lot of foam and fragrance. But if there is a frizz problem, you also need supplementary products to see a difference.

Unfortunately, it didn't suit my hair. I have very dry hair and in 2 days it makes it oily and I need to wash it. The scent is perfect for me. I don't know if it does what it promises because I used it while I had a keratin treatment. It maintained it, my hair was soft, completely straight until the second day when it became very oily. A tip is to comb it somehow, it takes away some of the oiliness.

It is advertised as sulphite free, but the ingredients show that there is sulphate in this product. Otherwise, it does a good job and leaves my hair silky.

I bought it because it is SLS-free, since I do hair botox, for daily use. Excellent fragrance and feeling when washing, like all Kérastase products. However, it does not compare to the Resistance line from the same company in terms of the feeling of cleanliness and nourishment for the hair. For simple everyday use, without much fuss, it is just fine.

The shampoo is the best I have ever tried. With this shampoo, my hair only needs washing every 4 days, whereas with other commercial shampoos it needs washing every 2 days. It helped a lot with frizz. It doesn't have sulfates and is very gentle on the skin (often other shampoos cause me dryness, but with this one I had no issues). Additionally, it is quite thick, so only a small amount is needed for each wash - the 250mL lasted 6 months. When I bought it I was skeptical because of its price but I was so satisfied that I will definitely buy it again.

The shampoo comes in two versions. The GENTLE version (it's written on the packaging) is for hair with keratin. I emphasize this because I saw comments that the shampoo is not suitable for hair with keratin, and that's wrong; you just need to choose the gentle version. It smells nice, helps maintain the keratin, and is not heavy, at least for my hair, which is relatively thick. The quantity is small for the price, but more or less, everything is like that.

This product along with the extensionist is the best I have used on my hair..
It leaves it soft, helps with breakage, makes it shiny and has a wonderful scent!
I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I have fine hair. It somewhat weighs it down and makes it oily, so I ended up using it once a month. It has a nice scent and smooths the hair

In combination with all the products from the same line (mask and heat protection), there is an effect on the softness of the hair. As for frizz, it makes a very small difference in addressing it. I have only seen a significant reduction in frizz with the use of the Fusio Dose Booster from the same line.

The shampoo is very good! It lathers, cleans the hair, and leaves it soft and straight! The only problem is that after 3 months of use (3 times a week) I now have itching on the scalp..

I got it years ago after a colleague's suggestion when I had a keratin treatment and wanted an alternative to my hairdresser's excessively expensive (and smelly) shampoo. Since then, my hair has undergone bleaching, coloring, and hormonal changes due to pregnancy, and I haven't changed it. My hair is healthy, strong, and very soft, almost like natural hair. Any friend I have recommended it to with a different hair type than mine (I have wavy hair, relatively thick strands) has been pleased. Occasionally, I use another shampoo from the same brand to prevent my scalp from getting too "used to" it and to avoid oiliness.

Very good shampoo, especially for hair with keratin, it softens the hair from the first wash.
However, it could be cheaper..............

Excellent product, much better than the Premiere line I had before.
It maintained the keratin perfectly all summer with daily, continuous use.
It noticeably stopped hair loss and strengthened the excessively thin, sensitive, and constantly frizzy hair.

Overall, it does what it promises but needs help. After all, it's a shampoo, not a salon in a bottle.

It is the only shampoo I have been using for 4 years now! Especially if you have had a keratin treatment, having tried dozens, I can say that it is the only one that maintains the treatment in the hair, cleans them thoroughly, and smells nice. I highly recommend it.

I started using it when I did a Brazilian keratin treatment and since then I haven't changed it. It doesn't take just one press because I have a lot of hair, but for sulfate-free shampoos it makes enough foam and you feel like it cleans your hair thoroughly.

The smell of it reminds me of that summer scent after coming back from the beach, I don't know if there is something similar in the scent of sunscreen and it reminds me of that, otherwise it's an okay shampoo, nothing crazy but it's not bad.

I bought it in 2020 because I had done a keratin treatment on my hair and this was recommended to me. Since then, I haven't changed it with any other!! I buy it again and again, it's the best shampoo there is, along with the mask from the same line, it works wonders, and I want to emphasize that I have blonde hair! It has saved my hair! Anyone who tries it will remember me!!! I LOVE IT️️!!!!!♥️

Although it does a very good job, I think equally good quality can be found in a cheaper shampoo. Do not expect miracles or the ultimate product, but it does what it promises.

Wonderful!!! By far the best!! Smooth and easy to comb hair! It's worth every penny because with a minimal amount it creates foam! I just have the impression that my hair gets greasy a little earlier, like on the 3rd day, definitely needs washing! But it might be just me! I will buy it again

The reason I give it 1 star is because it's not worth the money. It does exactly what a €5 OGX shampoo does. No difference. It has a nice scent, but it's very expensive for both the amount and what it offers! Disappointed with Kerastase.
