We bought it for a vacation home. It never worked. The company did not accept a replacement, and when we took it in for repair, they told me it could not be fixed because the compressor had burned out and there was no replacement part.

At times, it wouldn't start when the ice cubes ran out (the path between the two sensors - LED - remained clear and it wouldn't start producing). Now it works, just sometimes it doesn't start immediately.

Suitable for occasional home use. If you leave it permanently on to produce ice continuously, it will break down soon. It is good to use it for 2 - 4 hours to make a stock of ice and keep the ice in the freezer, and then turn it off for a few hours to rest. The machine itself is not cooling, so when you turn it off, the ice melts and falls back into the water reservoir. Since it does not produce a lot of ice per minute, if you are expecting guests, it is best to start the ice production a few hours earlier (and keep it in the freezer) to build up a stock.

been used in small office for everyday use. enough water capacity, quick ice cube production. its fan is a little louder than it should. otherwise the machine is fine

The machine easily serves the needs of 20 people in ice cubes. It makes 2 sizes, but not very large. After 1 month of operation, the only "issue" was that the sensor detecting if the machine is filled with ice cubes got blocked, resulting in it thinking it's full and not producing ice. I called customer service and they immediately told me to simply clean the sensor. In 1 hour it was making ice cubes again.

Excellent. Very low noise level, visually excellent, good ice cube quality. It takes a bit long to produce the first dose, but from there on (once it reaches temperature) everything is good. A very successful purchase, I stopped ordering freddo from outside!!!!

I have had it for 1 year, with daily use in a cafeteria, and I am completely satisfied. The trick is the first 3 cycles of its operation, for the ice cubes to be re-filled in the container so that the water freezes and produces larger-sized ice cubes. It has a nice design and works almost silently. I have no regrets about buying it.

Very good machine, I recommend doing the first 2-3 cycles each time without the basket so that the water inside freezes, the next ice cubes will be in maximum size.
