Hello,

I hope you are well. The product I’ve received are not the design I ordered from the image at the time of ordering. They are also Bluetooth, which is uses my phone battery unnecessarily when there is a wire attached to them. Could I please be sent the model I ordered, that aren’t Bluetooth
