A premium 100% malt whisky aged in a combination of Bourbon, Sherry, and Mizunara oak barrels. Rich and sweet, full of malted cereal notes, dried fruits, a light touch of smoke, and lingering honey on the finish.
Its name is derived from the Hatozaki lighthouse in the port of Akashi, which is the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, inspired by its rich history and symbolism.
All Hatozaki whiskies are the result of a double-blending process, allowing for complexity and balance, both highly valued in Japanese blended-malt whisky.
Its color is natural, without artificial coloring like caramel, and non-chill filtered.
Can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or used as a base for cocktails.
