    It's a decent brush but it's not thin enough for eyeliner, although it's okay for eyeliner with eyeshadow. Personally, I've been using it for years to do eyeliner with eyeshadow and every day to fill in my eyebrows.

    It's good that it has the angle, but you can't call it a precise eyeliner. Its tip doesn't thin out at the edge and it can't create a thin line above the lashes, only a thick one. I ended up using it for eyebrow shading. The bristles are quite stiff (they don't bend easily), so it writes exactly where you aim it.
