DO NOT BUY IT. 1 The pillow is hard, VERY hard, yes it is anatomical but your head doesn't even sink in at all, the only good thing is its correct height but it DOES NOT do its job! It supposedly has a cooling pad to keep you cool but on the contrary, it is even hotter than my previous one and that's because of its hardness! With my previous pillow I didn't even sweat at night, now I wake up every morning with a sweat stain on my pillowcase!!!!! 50 euros wasted! What a shame.

It has the firmness I desire. It retains its shape after months of use. It is indeed cool on one side.

The issues I had with my neck due to poor posture during sleep! They simply disappeared! I have never slept on such a comfortable pillow before! Always cool and soft enough for my neck to be in the right position, no matter how I sleep! I recommend it 100%
