I received the product, which is easy to assemble. This is the only positive aspect of the product. As soon as someone sits on the chair, it tilts a lot, about 30 degrees, even when the reclining lever is activated. Therefore, the chair does not provide any back support, it is practically a stool on wheels. The issue, however, is that when I tried to return it, a technician inspected it and concluded that there is no problem, as this is how the product is manufactured. If this is not considered consumer deception, I don't know what to say. They sent me back this defective product, which is manufactured broken. In conclusion, do not buy this chair under any circumstances, if you want to waste your money, it will be faster to burn it.

My opinion always. 3 stars because, being 80 kilos, it puts a lot of pressure on my back, arms, etc. So, as a result, one arm broke and I had to come up with a solution to fix it with welding. After 3 months, my whole back broke again because it is attached to two 3-centimeter iron bars. Spending 100 euros to fix it myself from the beginning is not worth it, guys. It's better to wait a few more months and get an Anda chair, which is an investment and not a waste of money. That's it. If you want it for a few hours at the office, okay. If you want it for home to sit as much as you want, be careful!
