Όσες αντέχει η τσέπη σου. Εγώ παίρνω 10 κάθε ημέρα. Δεν έχεις κανένα θέμα με τον θυροειδή. Το προιον αυτό είναι το καλύτερο κατά τη γνώμη μου προιον σπιρουλίνας στο εμπόριο και εχω δοκιμάσει πάρα πολλά. Άμεση ενέργεια.
