Προσωπικά με βοήθησε αρκετά. 1 φακελάκι μετά από κάθε γεύμα σε περιόδους έξαρσης. Γενικά όμως νομίζω μπορείς να το παιρνεις και μεμονωμένα (πχ μετά από κάποιο βαρύ γεύμα). Καλύτερα βέβαια για φαρμακευτικά είδη να ρωτάμε και τη γνώμη κάποιου φαρμακοποιού ή γιατρού.
