It has strong adhesion to the substrate and insulation materials, elasticity, and high mechanical and thermal resistance (hot-cold fluctuations).

It is easy to use and apply.

It is also used as a preparation material for the thermal insulation boards for the subsequent plaster layers, in combination with fiberglass mesh to prevent cracking.
