Μετά τα 20 νομίζω
Θεωρητικά μπορείς κι από τα 20, αλλά δε νομίζω πως υπάρχει λόγος αν ενυδατώνεσαι και χρησιμοποιείς αντηλιακό καθημερινά. Για εμένα καλύτερα μετά τα 30 (παρεμπιπτόντως η ρετινόλη αντενδείκνυται κατά την εγκυμοσύνη ή αν προσπαθείς να μείνεις έγκυος).
