I've had it for less than 3 weeks. The glass broke on its own during the day, turned off and without any food inside. They told us the warranty doesn't cover it. Unacceptable. I would give -10 stars if I could, but that's not possible. And the one star I gave is because the system forces me to. Stay away as much as you can...

This is the first time this has happened to us.
With less than a month of use, the glass broke on its own.
We heard a crack even though it was not turned on and was not being used at that moment.
Unacceptable product.
I should give it negative stars but there aren't any.
Do not buy it. It will only bring you problems.

It is the worst company one can choose! The dealership does not have the spare parts, resulting in a repair wait time of over 2 months!! Almost 3 months without being able to cook!! Unbelievable!! They bring it back repaired and on the same day it DOES NOT work!! The only thing they had to say to me was that they are extending my warranty for 1 year! CANDY is an unacceptable company, I do not recommend it to anyone! It is not worth including in your market research.

The lights had minimal to no use and lasted only 2 quarters (as they were placed in an Airbnb for the summer, where almost no one used them) and as soon as the 3rd quarter started, they suddenly began to flicker completely erratically, all at once, with no other option for selection.. the technician said the repair was completely unfeasible, as well as uncertain the future after any potential repair.. absolutely defective product

It lasted 7 years, then I opened 3 eyes at the same time, and it overheated and showed f, the technician said it's not worth fixing, better to buy another one because it will cost about the same.

The motherboard broke down permanently after 26 months. The glass has small cracks at the edges even though we took care of it like our eyes. It was not fast in cooking. Stay away from Candy...

Purchased on 12/5/22, as soon as it turned on, our circuit board burned. It was repaired, but after only 10 days of use, when you turn on 2 burners, it burns so much that you can't touch the touch screen to turn it off, and the F indicators light up everywhere. IT IS BY FAR THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE MADE.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR DEVICE.

It was purchased on 16/1/2023 and on 6/7 it broke while boiling water in a pot. The company does not replace it. I see that it has happened to many others as well. Do not buy it

I put it in a house that I rent. Moderate to minimal use. The glass broke on the left edge in contact with silicone beads. The company does not replace it, even though it is under warranty.

Purchased on 27/9/2022 and by the end of May 2023 it broke on its own during food boiling, starting from the back where the pot was and extending to the front. It should be noted that the house where it was installed is not a permanent residence and the kitchen has been used for a total of 9 months, which is barely a trimester.
The treatment by Candy is unacceptable, even though it is within warranty, they told me that the glass is not replaced under warranty. The product is clearly defective as I see other similar comments here on Skroutz about the glass breaking for no reason.
Stay away!

The product cracked on the glass after 1 year of use. THE CERAMIC GLASS CRACKED.
The company does not acknowledge the poor quality of the glass and the replacement cost makes it not worth the trouble to replace and go to another more reliable company.
I would not recommend it to anyone. I was always very careful with the burners as they seemed more sensitive from the beginning.

Also, from the first connection, the circuit board was damaged. It was covered by warranty and since then, if you turn on 2-3 burners together at a high temperature, all the burners turn off.

Unacceptable product. In CONTACT on the side, CONTACT, not impact, the glass of the stainless steel bottle broke. Of course, it gradually shattered. Within 11 months of purchase, but the glass is not covered by the warranty.

6 months later, the bottom left eye closes on its own. If I turn on 3 eyes together, after an hour it starts closing on its own and you can't cook. STAY AWAY!!!

The worst stove ever, the plate broke in 11 months and we bought the candy and they didn't cover our warranty, their behavior is unacceptable, stay away kids!!!

Unacceptable quality. I have been using ceramic hobs for years, but I have never encountered ones like those from the Candy company. The plate cracked and broke in half on its own, so I contacted the service as there was a warranty, but they refused to replace it. The same goes, if not worse, for their kitchens. Stay away. Spend a little more and get a more reliable company.

Unacceptable purchase. Within two months, it broke on its own and both Candy and the store refuse to replace it! Stay away!!!!!
