Οχι, αλλα ερχονται με 2 pwm (4pin) hubs των 4 υποδοχων, οσο για τα rgb, ναι , καθε ανεμιστηρακι εχει ενσωματωμενο ενα διπλο καλωδιο το οπιοιο εχει θηληκη και αρσενικη υποδοχη για να τα συνδεσεις ολα μεταξυ τους και μετα σε μετατροπεα 3pin 5volt argb αρσενικη υποδοχη στην μητρικη.

έχει spliter για το ρεύμα και για το rgb έχει αυτό που λέει παραπάνω το παιδί
