So guys, happy new year and best wishes to everyone. I got these last year and have tried them in a bit of snow, in a lot of snow, on snow that was ice, and on snow mixed with mud. I have a 2000 Toyota Avensis with 195/60/15 tires. I drove it like the Acropolis Rally to test them, and even in mud they didn't have any issues at all. Now I'm going to get another size for my other car. If anyone is interested, I think it's a one-way street for you. Just so you know, I've heard that the snow socks tear very easily, though I don't have personal experience. As for the classic ones, we all know them—they are the classics

They are worn faster than chains but much tougher than blankets. Unfortunately, they require perfect placement before you start because I placed one a bit off-center, like we do with blankets that center themselves in the first few meters, and it just didn't center. I thought the worst that could happen is that it would come off and I would stop using it. I don't know how, but it got caught inside the front wheel's mudguard. It was properly fastened in front of the rim, and I still don't understand how and why it got tangled. Needless to say, it wouldn't come off no matter what, and I went underneath with a knife and cut it into pieces to get away. It looks very good and of high quality; I'm sure it outperforms and is more durable than blankets, but in the midst of a snowstorm, I want things to be easy and quick. Four-wheel drive, blankets, and goodbye! Nevertheless, I keep the one that remains for when a blanket that doesn't like asphalt at all gets torn to pieces.

    Excellent product!
    Installation in 2-3 minutes!
Removal in less than 1 minute!
Fantastic grip with no slipping and no vibrations! I tested them in heavy snowfall and ice for over 10 km! I wouldn't change them for anything. If they hold up over time, it will show, but the quality seems top-notch! I highly recommend them!

I'm sorry to say it.. first use on Parnon in quite a bit of snow and they tore.. it might have just happened, what can I say.. however, I must share my experience because I bought them for €150, which is not a small amount of money, and they do not return the money nor do they provide a warranty for such products, so be aware of that

They combine easy installation with a very good grip, meaning the positive aspect of blankets with the positive aspect of chains. The price is high but it is an investment. You will get them if you really want to get out of a difficult situation and not just for the fine.

The product is very good and high quality. It is indeed expensive but worth it, especially if you have low-profile tires and your hand doesn't fit inside the fender. I drove over 20 kilometers (on snowy roads and slush - I purposely went to test them), with speeds up to 30 km/h and they didn't suffer any damage, just rinsed them at home and back in their case. I didn't feel any vibrations, the grip is excellent, and the car didn't even spin. If you have the budget, get them without a second thought! EVO 7 is for 225/40/R18 tires.
