I tend to choose TerraNova when I need a supplement, even though there is a price difference compared to other brands. The reason is that the market is flooded with products that ultimately are of questionable effectiveness and quality – and I have no desire to spend my money wanting to do good for my body and end up doing nothing or even harming it. TerraNova consistently receives positive comments in reliable reviews on serious forums that evaluate manufacturing methods, ingredients, effectiveness, etc., and most of its products score quite high. In any case, after three weeks of trying this particular one (I hadn't taken it before), I admit that it works, and I don't think my impression is a placebo :P Generally, I try to avoid supplements and cover my needs through diet. In this case, it wasn't enough, so I ended up with this one after a brief comparison with Lamberts and Solgar. So far, I haven't experienced any indigestion or discomfort on any day. I take it after my lunch (which sometimes can be small, but even in those cases I had no issue) and even in combination with another TerraNova supplement for vitamin B (even though I take two vitamins together, my stomach is fine). My main need was supplementing vitamin D, in which I consistently show low levels in blood tests, as well as osteoporosis, which I have already started to show in my exams. I recommend it as a good and quality solution for which the price difference is worth it.
