το handler δεν ειναι για να το στερεώσεις στο έδαφος... είναι για χρήση στη θάλασσα για να επιπλέει...εχει strap και δένει και στο χέρι για να μην σου φύγει... εκτός νερού φυσικά και το κρατάς στο χέρι
