Η επιφάνεια χωρίς τις λαβές είναι 4223cm.
Λογω του αυλακιου στην κάτω πλευρά, για τα υγρά, η επιφάνεια που είναι για μαγείρεμα είναι 4220cm. (το ίδιο είναι τόσο στην φλατ πλευρά, όσο και στην πλευρά σχάρας)
