Opinions are mixed, with several users saying the adapter works for charging and does the job. Some use it to connect a USB-C cable to a Lightning device. However, several users report that it doesn’t work at all or doesn’t support data transfer or USB connectivity, and there are complaints about its flimsy build and overheating.
From what I understand, it's a lottery... personally, it arrived dead from the first moment, of course we are talking about a price lower than one euro, so things are not so bad... better look for something more reliable
Attention, it cannot be used for data transfer. I connected a USB drive using this adapter and it was not recognized by the iPad.
Really anyone who has the iPad Air 2 should not get it!!! As soon as you connect a mouse-keyboard or a USB flash drive to the iPad, it won't work. The only good thing about this adapter is that you can charge the iPad!!! For me, this adapter is a waste of money!!!
