Martini Rosso is a world-renowned red vermouth from Italy, first created in 1863. With its sweet-bitter character, it is the most complex of the other Martini varieties. 

The electro-brown color is due to the addition of caramel. Herbs and spices are soaked in wine, which is then enriched with alcohol. A vermouth with a sweet tone and herbal notes.
