And in Havana, Fidel Castro was probably not thinking of his Jewish ancestors, the Castros; nor in Madrid was General Franco thinking of his Jewish ancestors, the Francos; nor in Lisbon was President Salazar thinking of his Jewish ancestors, the Salazars.
