Εφαρμόζει λίγο πιο πάνω από τον αστράγαλο, αρκετά άνετο και ζεστό αλλά δεν είναι πλήρως αδιάβροχο, σε πολύ βροχή και χιόνι μουσκεύει μέσα (δοκιμασμένο σε ταξίδι στην Ισλανδία).
