    The device was purchased on 23/12/2019 for €114. If you intend to use it as a switch, all you need to do is connect it to a power outlet. As for the connectivity, I noticed that it can easily work "behind" another switch (meaning you don't necessarily have to connect it directly to the router, if you don't want to for some reason). The device is well-designed and worth its money. One LAN port supports POE, however, in practice, I found that this requires configuration and possibly the corresponding equipment. Of course, I might be mistaken because I'm still researching it.

    The POE port is passive. It doesn't require configuration, but in order to avoid damaging the other device that is connected or the one you are connecting, it needs to support it. Overall, I am satisfied. The speed I see on each port is nominal. Currently, I have implemented a network with a 10GbE NAS. Finally, regarding its configuration, you can find a lot of information about it and how to customize it with a quick search on YouTube.
